At Estrella, all products are made to order and carefully handcrafted based on your specific requirements. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we follow a strict No Return and No Refund policy. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled beyond 2 hours of purchase. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the product and packaging. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or store credit, depending on product availability and your preference.

 

For any sizing or fitting concerns, customers may contact our support team with order details, and we will assist with possible alterations where applicable. All approved exchanges must be processed promptly, and items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
