Return Terms:
- Made to Order Products: No Made to Order products are eligible for return.
An item is eligible for return only under the following conditions:
- Damaged Product: If you receive a product that is damaged.
- Quality or Manufacturing Defect: If the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect.
Returns Period:
If you've received a product damaged during shipping, please take a photo of the damaged outer packaging before opening it and share it with us. Customers may initiate returns with our team within 24 hours and process returns within 2-3 days from the date of product delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, with original tags attached, and accompanied by the original delivery note.

We offer exchanges on Ready to Ship products only under the following circumstances:

- Once your exchange request is received, our customer care team will inspect the product to determine the eligibility for exchange or return. The exchange will be processed based on their evaluation.
Return Conditions:
- Goods must be returned in the same packaging they were sent in.
- All items must be unused, unworn, and have their original tags attached.
- All items must be returned with the original delivery note.
